Queen's job posting service is free, whether you are targeting graduating students, summer interns, experienced MBAs, or our 10,000 alumni. To attract the attention of our talented Commerce, Full-time MBA, Master of International Business students, or research-oriented MSc in Management candidates, simply email your job description as an attachment to bcc@business.queensu.ca.

Clearly describe your target audience, e.g. graduating BCom, MBA, MIB or MSc in Management students, alumni from any program, or 2nd and 3rd year BCom students for summer positions. Also include full company contact information, the deadline date for application and whether applications should be handed in at Queen’s Career Services and forwarded to you by collect courier (Expect your package of applications two working days after your deadline date.), or sent by the students directly to you.

Your job posting will be displayed on Queen’s Career Services’ website, (accessible to all Queen's students and alumni), or the School of Business password-protected intranet. Usually a job posting is displayed for two weeks.

We recommend that you send your job description four to six weeks before you plan to conduct your first interviews.
